Scuba Bonaire: Margate Bay, June 30

We returned to Margate Bay to show one of our favorite sites to our friends from Dorothy Rose. Our second dive at this excellent site continued our tradition of not taking pictures of margates. Instead, we were focused on sponges and anemones.

Also, we focused on the fish, because it’s hard not to focus on the fish when there are just so many fish.

This porcupine fish let us get unusually close, as did this barred hamlet.

We were on our way to our safety stop when these two cuties passed by together. Unlikely friends, or just coincidence?

Here’s a section of the back reef, and a pederson cleaner shrimp.

And finally, we have segregated schools of brown and blue chromis, and this super attractive flounder.
